Terms of Use

The main rules for using the Mao VPN app and service.

Acceptance

By installing or using Mao VPN, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account and devices

You are responsible for your account security and the accuracy of information you provide. One account may be linked to no more than two devices. You must not transfer the account to others or bypass technical limits.

Acceptable use

  • Follow applicable laws.
  • Do not use the service for attacks, malware, spam, infringement of others' rights or interference with networks.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the service, servers or accounts.

Subscriptions and purchases

Available plans, prices, duration and auto-renewal are shown before purchase confirmation. iOS purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to App Store rules. Manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings.

Service availability

We work to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every server or connection. The service may be changed or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or legal compliance.

Suspension and deletion

Access may be restricted for a breach of these Terms, a security risk or a legal requirement. You may delete your account in the app at any time.
