Help with the Mao VPN app, account, devices and connection.

Quick checks

  1. Make sure your device has internet access.
  2. Close and reopen Mao VPN.
  3. Choose Fastest Server or another available server.
  4. Update the app to the latest version.

Account and devices

One account can be used on no more than two devices. Manage linked devices under Settings → Devices.
